jetzt, so langsam geht der focus auf scharf, zieht sich zusammen auf das detail. wir sind eine woche unterwegs, jede nacht ein anderes bett. hin und her, alpen, osteuropa. eine gewisse routine macht sich breit. das unfassbar schöne prag ist schon wieder eine erinnerung, wann war das noch? ich bin so müde, daß ich erst wieder auf der bühne wach werde. aber so ist das auch gedacht. "200 motels", so nannte zappa sein erstes musical / film meisterwerk. der titel sei ihm eingefallen, nachdem er etwa 200 motel-schlüssel gesammelt hatte. das sind die mantras, mit denen man groß wird. "touring can make you crazy".
die musik will das so. sie will, daß man sich IHR gibt, nicht dem alltag. sie, die musik (von muse) ist sogar so launisch, daß sie sich verzieht, wenn man zuviel von ihr will. den alltag (der anderen) besucht man, der eigene alltag wird das ständige unterwegs-sein, das auf die dauer so abstumpft, daß man sich auf einmal bei seltsamen routinen wiederfindet. dinge, die einem arztsohn von der erziehung her fremd sind. ersatz/sucht vorgänge, gegen die nur das hier, das Schreiben hilft. kein zweifel, es ist so einfach, voll druff zu kommen auf tour. denn der alltag ist ausgeblendet, man wird rumgefahren von catering zu catering und muß nur funktionieren. und zwar, jedenfalls im rock´n roll, für den HEDONISMUS der leute. das heisst, einfach ausgedrückt: GANZ nüchtern auf die bühne zu gehen zeckt nicht. natürlich darf man auch nicht betrunken sein, nein. so leicht angekickt, das ist am besten. weil das den zustand des publikums, ob echt oder gewollt, am besten trifft.
heute, in winterthur, war ein pärchen im publikum, die konnten sich auf mich einigen, die haben sich neu verliebt, als ich gesungen habe. das habe ich 100% gemerkt. ich meine das ist die hauptaufgabe von uns fahrendem volk. im wesentlichen tragen wir zur fortpflanzung bei, indem wir schöne atmo machen. profan? ok. ich komme nochmal auf die MUSIK zurück. es ist wirklich so, daß ich mich im singen und spielen anders wiederfinde, also BESSER werde, wenn dies explizit mein EINZIGER zweck wird. denn mein alltag ist, wie der von uns allen (und besonders der von uns eltern), von aufgaben, verrichtungen und pflichten geprägt, die ich mehr oder weniger gut erfülle. das musiker-sein, das SINGEN, das performen, wird einfach das grösste, wenn ich, so hart das klingt, meine ruhe vom alltag habe. nichts gegen Euch kinder, ihr seid das beste was mir je passieren konnte.
