10.juli kleiner reality check, neues aus tom land
meine lieben,
heute habe ich mal wieder zeit für netzkommunikation, bei dem wetter z.zt. eher eine seltenheit. höhepunkte der letzten wochen (also die hier relevanten) : unsere fete de la musique show, die prince show in der waldbühne berlin vor 5 tagen. und na klar die beiden spiele gegen england und argentinien!
bei mir und dem "schönen schmerzen" album und mit blick darauf, was man tun kann, um es noch etwas bekannter zu machen, gibt es bewegung. noch diffus, aber in eine ungewöhnliche richtung. ich will mehr schreiben, auch mal ohne musik, und das dann interdiziplinär vortragen. erstmal suche ich im meer des erzählt-werden-wollenden nach einem anfang. watch this space.
inzwischen steht mein sommerzelt in tom-land: ich durfte für tom tykwers (glaube ich ganz wunderbaren) neuen film "Drei" musikalische beiträge leisten und produziere gemeinsam mit martin wenk und guy sternberg sehr vielversprechende songs für tom schilling. ja, tom schilling der schauspieler, der vor anderthalb jahren begann, zunächst zaghaft, dann immer selbstbewusster, sich uns als ernstzunehmender songschreiber und sänger erkennen zu geben.
weiter durfte ich einen song für den film "wer wenn nicht wir" von andres veiel schreiben, der ein faszinierendes buch als ausgangspunkt nimmt, das mir schon neujahr in die hände gefallen war: gudrun ensslin/berward vesper, "notstandsgesetze von Deiner hand" briefe 1968/1969. hoffentlich wird das mal eine poetischere behandlung der (vor) RAF zeit als bei eichingers dröge abhistorisierendem "baader meinhof komplex".
ach ja, es gibt gute chance auf einen schönen neuen konzerttermin noch im august in berlin. mehr dazu bald.
